BOZEMAN- A semi-truck hauling a refrigerated trailer rolled into the median on Interstate 90 at mile marker 291 between Manhattan and Belgrade.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper James McMartin says the driver of the eastbound semi, out of Seattle swerved to avoid a deer, and when he did, the rig hit the bridge abutment on the Interstate at Camp Creek, and the trailer swerved, almost jackknifing the rig.

McMartin says the driver over-corrected three times before the semi and the trailer landed in the median, sliding 35 to 40 feet. The driver was restrained, the passenger in the sleeper was not, and both individuals were taken to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital with minor injuries

McMartin says Best Rate Towing was able to transfer the frozen goods to another truck. He also says there were no fuel spills, and Best Rate was able to stop a small oil leak from the wreck.
