MISSOULA- Another iconic 90's band is in Missoula just a week after Pearl Jam's performance.
The band Smashing Pumpkins performed at the Wilma Theater on Sunday night, on their third stop for the band's tour which began Thursday in Calgary.
Some fans showed up early to get a chance to see the performers. Band fan Dan Shapiro was hoping to give the guitarist a picture he snapped 15 years ago during the band's last stop in Montana.
"This is my favorite shot from that show and I'm hoping to get a chance to give it to Billy, I don't know if he's interested in that kinda thing but if he wants it or just looks at it and throws it away that's fine," he said before the show.
The Livingston native says he was shocked when he found out smashing pumpkins would be in Missoula and feels lucky to have a ticket. The month-long tour ends in Connecticut on the November 4th.
