MISSOULA- Law enforcement pulled over a Stevensville man twice in less than 24 hours for driving while under the influence of drugs.
Missoula police arrested Michael Thibodeau just before 11:30 a.m on May 24th for driving under the influence of drugs. People called 911 just before Thibodeau got pulled over, complaining about his bad driving behavior.
Thibodeau appeared in the Missoula Municipal Court where the judge released him, but ordered him not to take his medication until 6 p.m. and also told him not to drive at all.
But, the Montana Highway Patrol reports that just after 3:30 p.m. Ravalli County 911 started receiving reports about a driver who was running of the road and hitting things.
Stevensville police later found Thibodeau and the Montana Highway Patrol arrested him for driving under the influence of drugs.
