MISSOULA - A student travelling from Banks, Idaho to Missoula has now been missing for over six days as of Monday.
Law enforcement officers have joined the friends and family members of Lucius Robbi, 21 in the search over the weekend, but family friend Holly Hayes says their leads are running out.
"All the leads have just kinda come to dead end and you know he's out there and you know that's the part that's really, uh, unnerving. He's usually in contact with the family and he's really level headed and responsible, so yes it's definitely not like him," said Hayes.
Robbi was last heard from on Tuesday, when he had plans to camp that evening and then arrive in Missoula on Wednesday to attend orientation. But, Robbi never made it to Missoula.
It's unclear what route he was taking to get to Missoula from Idaho, but family members are asking anyone who is recreating in the those possible areas to please be on the lookout for Robbi.
"A missing person - it's not straight-forward, and we're looking to the people of Idaho and the people of Montana to help us look for Lucius and look for his Subaru, " Hayes said.
Robbi is 5' 11" tall, weighs about 160 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is driving a Subaru station wagon with two orange kayaks on the top.
Anyone who has information about Robbi or his vehicle is asked to call 911 or their local law enforcement agency.
