Strong winds cause damage in West Yellowstone

WEST YELLOWSTONE - A powerful storm ripped through West Yellowstone on Saturday afternoon, causing damage but no reported injuries.

The manager of the Best Western Weston Inn has confirmed that the roof of the building was torn off from high winds.

The Department of Emergency Services that multiple trees and power lines have been downed. There were reports that the damage was caused by a tornado, but the National Weather Service reports the damage was all caused by high winds..
