MISSOULA- An unusual weapon of choice was used in an alleged early Thursday morning attack outside a convenience store: rocks in socks.
The Missoula Police Department reports that at around 4:30 a.m., in the parking lot of PS Mini Mart on North Russell Street, three men attacked two others with socks filled with rocks and fled.
The two victims had minor injuries.
All three suspects are believed to be in their 20s. Witnesses said two of the men were white, one dark-haired and one blond, while the third may have been Native American with dark hair.
