MISSOULA - A former University of Montana football player, who now plays for the St. Louis Rams, is scheduled to go to trial on June 28 after being arrested for DUI in Missoula late last month.
Trumaine Johnson is in St. Louis right now, so he appeared in court by phone Tuesday afternoon. He was arrested in the early morning hours of March 22 when an officer pulled him over on Front Street because his headlights were not on.
Johnson was arrested for DUI and a traffic violation, but he refused to take a breath test.
Johnson and a teammate were arrested in 2011, in a high profile case in Missoula where they were tased by officers at a house party.
