MISSOULA- Pledging allegiance to University of Montana colors could help win $10,000 toward the general scholarship fund.

The "Pledge Your Allegiance for College Colors Day" competition, presented by the Collegiate Licensing Company and National Collegiate Athletic Association Football, encourages fans to wear their favorite university gear on Aug. 31.

Griz fans can register for the contest at ESPN and be entered to win ESPN Shop gift cards and grand prizes including a $500 shopping spree online.
