OGDEN, UTAH - Jeremy Rathjen hit a solo home run to lead off the bottom of the 10th inning to give the Ogden Raptors a 6-5 win over the Missoula Osprey on Tuesday.

The Osprey (13-10, 31-30) stayed three games back of first-place Billings in the Pioneer League North Division Standings as the Mustangs also lost on a walk-off home run to the Idaho Falls Chukars on Tuesday, 5-3.

Missoula scored five times in the top of the fourth inning to take a 5-2 lead and hung on to the lead into the seventh, when the Raptors scored the tying run on a wild pitch with two outs in the inning.

Ross Gerdeman pitched five innings for the Osprey, allowing four runs on 10 hits and three walks. Chris Capper pitched the next two innings, surrendering an unearned run on three hits, with two strikeouts. Justin Thompson (0-2) pitched the final two innings, plus gave up the Rathjen home run, striking out three and allowing just the homer.

The Osprey scored the five runs on three hits - a leadoff double by Evan Marzilli, a run-scoring single by Socrates Brito and a two-run home run by Rudy Flores. Tyler Bream also plated a run in the inning on a groundout.

Missoula was held to just seven hits on the night - Brito and Flores each had two, while Bream and Pedro Ruiz also had base hits.

The Osprey and Raptors play the third of their four-game series on Wednesday at Lindquist Field. The Osprey will send right-hander Chris Pack to the mound, while the Raptors will start right-hander Carlos Frias.
