MISSOULA - Some light snow showers may linger Friday morning into early afternoon. While no accumulation is expected on valley floors, the mountains and passes could see an additional 2" to 3 " by day's end.
We'll see much drier conditions under partly cloudy skies by mid-afternoon Friday, but temperatures will cool significantly, with a high in Missoula today near 34 degrees.
The overnight temperatures will also sit cooler in the upper teens and low 2-s.
Saturday is looking dry with a nice mix of clouds and sun, and there's a very slight chance of snow showers for Sunday. We will see temperatures this weekend in the low 30s.
There are no big chances in the forecast until the middle of next week when another system could bring more snowfall starting on Wednesday.
