MISSOULA - A ridge of high pressure is dominating this weekend's weather allowing for those dry conditions and tons of sunshine!
The highs are topping out well above average into the 40s across western Montana, too! But be careful for re-freeze overnight as those lows drop below freezing.
Patchy fog will be possible again on Sunday mornings in our valleys. Once it mixes out, expect a nice amount of sunshine and highs very similar to Saturday.
Our ridge will flatten as we start off next week allowing for a few disturbances to ride over the top of the ridge. I'm not expecting any major precipitation, though.
Thursday a stronger Pacific weather system will move in and the chances of precip will increase into the weekend.
