WHITEFISH- The Whitefish City Council will have a court hearing on the Whitefish doughnut issue to try to stop the county from taking over control of the doughnut area.

Whitefish is seeking and injunction that could prevent Flathead County from zoning the Doughnut area that extends two miles out of Whitefish city limits.

The county has already begun early stages of zoning called Interim Zoning. The hearing will be February 6th at 1:30 in Flathead County District Court.
