WHITEFISH- Monday, the Whitefish City Council members will discuss a proposal to build a parking lot on Kalispell Avenue for the second time.

Tenants of the office building that houses Whitefish Chamber of Commerce and Carter's Rocky Mountain Real Estate would use the parking lot, though it would be open for public use as well.
