NEAR DRUMMOND - An Oregon woman was flown to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula after she fell asleep and rolled her car over on Interstate 90 near Drummond on Wednesday afternoon.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Sean Finley says the 64-year-old woman was driving eastbound on I-90 in the right lane when she fell asleep, drifted into the left lane, and then over-corrected, causing her car to rollover several times.
The vehicle came to a rest in the ditch on the right hand side of the freeway and Finley says they had to shut down I-90 on an intermittent basis for about 30 minutes.
The extent of the woman's injuries are not known at this time.

The Bitterroot Hotshots, enroute to the Dominic Point fire from Yellowstone, witnessed this crash and gave first aid to the accident victim until the helicopter arrived. Great job!
