MISSOULA - A woman who's accused of hitting and killing a man more than two years ago in East Missoula is now in jail for violating court rules.

Katie Garding of Stevensville has been out on special court conditions, but the prosecutor in the case says Garding admitted to smoking marijuana four times in July and driving while her license is suspended.
