Evergreen man pleads not guilty to felony child sex charges

An Evergreen man has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges of sexual abuse of children after being caught during a sting operation by a Montana task force.

Brett Anthony Cislo entered his plea to the felony charges on May 21 after being arrested by the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Cislo was investigated after he responded to an online ad posted by a law enforcement officer that claimed she was a 15-year-old girl and was available for sexual activity.

The officer arranged to meet with Cislo the next day but Cislo backed out on the meet.

However he allegedly then responded to a second ad and told the undercover officer that he would quote "love to help educate a young girl" and then followed with several graphic comments.

He was arrested after approaching the second meeting place.

Cislo was released on bail with the exemption that he not have contact with any children except at his place of work.
