It was a mixed basket of concerns, comments and ideas surrounding the future of the Kalispell city airport on Monday evening.
The discussion comes three weeks ahead of the scheduled vote on whether or not to close the city-owned airport. It's future largely hinges on the city's redevelopment plans for south Kalispell, which identifies options for the airport and surrounding area.
During Monday evening's public comment period many pilots shared their concerns over the high costs to close the airport along with issues with mixing commercial versus private aircraft use.
