BILLINGS -

The man accused of holding a woman against her will for 11 days will likely face federal charges.

FBI spokeswoman Sandra Barker confirmed they are investigating and anticipate charges.

Authorities said Terrance Edwards lured a 22-year-old woman to Missoula, offering her what he said was a "well-paying job."

The mother of the missing woman received a call while at the Lake County Sheriff Office and was able to get information on the woman's location, which led to an end to the 11-day ordeal.

Lake County Sheriff Don Bell said the woman was reportedly taken across state lines into Washington and Utah at different times during the ordeal.

Edwards was initially expected to make his first court appearance in district court on Thursday, before the FBI got involved.

No other information on the case is being released at this time.
