A Missoula man faces 10 charges after leading police on a high speed chase through the city Tuesday night.
24-year-old Forest Berry is accused of criminal endangerment and eluding police among other charges.
Prosecutors say in court documents that police were investigating suspicious activity regarding dangerous drugs when they located a white passenger car Tuesday night.
An officer initiated a traffic stop after identifying Berry who was on probation. Berry turned off his headlights and drove away leading police down Russell street, nearly striking two officers.
He eventually lost control of his car, striking a utility box before getting out of the car and running away. He was soon detained by police, but his vehicle continued to roll, striking the Opportunity Resources Building.
In court Thursday, Berry's bail was set at $50,000 and his next court appearance is May 3.
