The Big Horn County Coroner said the death of a 29-year-old man on the Crow Indian Reservation has been ruled a homicide.

Terry Bullis identified the victim as Timothy Bigman of Hardin.

The cause of death is listed as a stab wound to the abdomen.

Bullis said the investigation into Bigman’s death began early Thursday just after midnight.

A press release issued on Thursday by FBI Agent Travis Burrows states an 18-year-old male was arrested by officers with the Bureau of Indian Affairs in connection to the death.

The suspect’s name and details on the incident that lead to Bigman’s death have yet to be released.
