A 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been charged with the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Great Falls.
Court documents allege Autree Aniel Pederson raped the girl while the boy, Damien Villarreal, held her down. Pederson then allegedly held the girl down while Villarreal raped her.
Pederson reportedly invited the girl to a party where they drank alcohol. The incident happened at a residence on the 1200 block of 5th Avenue South.
The girl told her parents she was going to a friend's house, but instead went to the party with Pederson. The girl later told police that when she was at the party she had five or six drinks and became intoxicated. She lost her phone and went into a bedroom to find it.
Pederson and the boy followed her into the bedroom and knocked her onto the bed. The girl told both assailants "no" numerous times and tried to fight them off, but was not successful.
When questioned by police, both suspects initially denied having sex with the girl. The girl was examined at Benefis Health System where medical findings were "consistent with a sexual assault."
Court documents state that Pederson is currently awaiting sentencing on an unrelated charge of assault with a weapon. Prosecutors requested bail for Pederson be set at $100,000.
