BUTTE - More than 100 people in Butte came out to walk their way toward finding help for those enduring the devastation of suicide.
Teams participated in the third annual Out of the Darkness Community Walk at the Butte Plaza Mall.
The event was recently moved indoors due to heavy smoke from the wildfires.
This annual walk is held to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention and to help those dealing with loss from suicide. Many teams walked in honor of a suicide victim.
The next Out of the Darkness Walk will be in Bozeman at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Gallatin County Regional Park.
