Montana Hope Project makes Bitterroot girl's dream come true

Posted: Updated:

MISSOULA - A six-year-old girl from the Bitterroot Valley is about to embark on a wonderful journey to Disney World all thanks to the Montana Hope Project -- and Michelle Roebke and her family certainly deserve to have some fun.

Michelle finished up 2 ½ years of chemotherapy in a battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia just a few months ago and Michelle was surprised by Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Jeremiah Schneider on Thursday at Stevensville Elementary School when he granted her wish to go to Disney World with her family.

Michelle’s parents, Stephanie and Kevin -- along with sister Emily—will get to spend some time together at the “happiest place on Earth”. The family says they are grateful to the Montana Hope Project for opening their hearts to support children like Michelle.
