MISSOULA - State wildlife officials are looking for your help.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is looking for information about two doe white-tailed deer that were believed to be shot sometime between Tuesday, Nov. 21 and Thursday, Nov. 23 in the Houle Creek area near Frenchtown.

FWP Game Warden Kyle Miller said that meat was taken from the front shoulder of one of the deer and the rest was left to waste.  Wardens are investigating evidence found at the scene and looking for help from anyone that might have additional information on this incident.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Warden Miller at (406) 240-3140 or 1-800-TIP-MONT (1-800-847-6668). Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to a conviction.
