Alert expires, but 2 Billings children kidnapped by non-custodial mother still missing

BILLINGS - After a Missing/Endangered Persons Alert expired Tuesday, the two children kidnapped by their non-custodial mother are still missing.

The Montana Department of Justice alert issued before 5 p.m. Monday said Mya Elizabeth Cleveland, 4, and Ryann Grace Cleveland, 1, were taken by Amanda Dobson.

Mya is 3'9", and 30 pounds with sandy colored hair. Ryann is 24 pounds and 3'2" with sandy colored hair.

Dobson is known to be using methamphetamine. The vehicle and direction of travel are unknown.

They are considered to be in danger.
