MISSOULA - A judge has issued an order allowing staff at the Missoula jail to regulate inmates use of the law library on site based on their behavior. This order applies to Tiffanie Pierce, 23, and Augustus Standingrock, 26, who are being held for the murder and dismemberment of two people last summer.

MISSOULA - No damage was done and cleanup is underway after a small fire broke out inside the Missoula Indoor Soccer Arena on Wednesday evening. Missoula firefighters responded just after 6:30 p.m. The building was immediately evacuated, while fire crews put the blaze out within minutes.

KALISPELL – Fish, Wildlife and Parks has embarked on a research project looking into mule deer populations in the Libby and Fisher River areas – but catching them may be the hardest part. FWP biologists and game wardens are doing the chasing, teaming up to wrangle as many mule deer as they can.
