Police seek 2 suspects in Friday Missoula shooting

MISSOULA - Missoula Police say they are looking for two male suspects involved in a shooting Friday afternoon that happened on the north side of Missoula.

The incident happened at an apartment complex on Turner Court where a 24-year-old man reported he had been shot in one of the apartments.

Missoula Police Department spokesman Sgt. Travis Welsh reports one of the suspects is described as a black male, in his mid-20’s, between 5’7 and 5’9 tall, and may have a goatee. He's also believed to have a black or gray handgun.

The second suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-20’s, stocky in height, with a 2"-to-3" beard with reddish hair.  

Sgt., Welsh says both suspects were wearing dark colored hoody’s and jeans that night of the shooting.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time, but he was conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital on Friday.
