50-unit apartment building proposed for Bozeman’s downtown area

Posted: Updated:

BOZEMAN - The developer of the Black Olive apartments and 5 West has submitted plans to the city for a new apartment building near Bozeman’s old hospital.

Andy Holloran submitted a plan last week for the One 11 Lofts. The plan calls for 50 units, that will include studios, as well as one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

The building will be at the corner of Lamme St. and Willson Avenue.

There will be 53 parking spaces to go along with the building.

The plan reveals that some of the parking spaces will be in a garage, and six will be on the street. The city planning department is currently reviewing the plan.
