MISSOULA- More than 20 Missoulians and businesses reported someone stole from their gas tanks in the summer and fall of 2010. The thieves did it by drilling holes into their gas tanks.
One of two men accused of the crime was in court Monday.
29-year-old Andy Groff faces felony
