GREAT FALLS – A new statewide publication will tell you about antique shops and events in almost every town in Montana.
Montana Antiques and Vintage Directory Publisher Jan Lerum says she’s always enjoyed antiques and has been in the vintage community for years.
She says that she felt this piece of information was missing for those who share the same love.
“Everybody in Montana likes something old. It can depend on fun, funky, very authentic but we all seem in Montana to like old things all ages. I wanted a publication that would suit everybody, that would help us find the missing shops and events that we didn’t know about so we can participate,” Lerum said.
It took her six months to compile a list of events and stores.
“You’re going to find a list of the events and businesses that have subscribed this year. It’s a publication you can keep in your car. When you are driving through the state you can find out what event or what shop may interest you,” Lerum said.
