BILLINGS – MetraPark announced Tuesday morning that Grammy Award winning performer Kelly Clarkson will perform at MontanaFair in August.
"This year MontanaFair has pulled out all the stops to bring high quality entertainment," said MetraPark General Manager Bill Dutcher. "I absolutely love this years’ lineup featuring music superstar Kelly Clarkson as the Saturday night headliner for the Pepsi Entertainment Series."

Clarkson, who last appeared in Montana in 2009, will play Rimrock Auto Arena on Saturday August 11. The GRAMMY-Award winner recently released her eighth studio album Meaning of Life which features the GRAMMY nominated single “Love So Soft.” Clarkson first came to fame in 2002 as the winner of American Idol’s inaugural season, and has grown to be one the most popular artists of this or any other era, with over 100 #1 Billboard singles and total worldwide sales of more than 25 million albums and 36 million singles.
Clarkson has released eight studio albums (Thankful, Breakaway, My December, All I Ever Wanted, Stronger, Wrapped In Red, Piece By Piece, Meaning of Life), one greatest hits album, and two children’s books (New York Times Top 10 best seller River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and the recent follow up River Rose and the Magical Christmas).
She is the recipient of three GRAMMY Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, two American Country Awards, and one Country Music Association Award. Clarkson currently appears as a coach on the 14th season of The Voice, which premiered in February.
Clarkson will host the Billboard Music Awards, airing May 20 on NBC.
