MISSOULA – The summer of road construction continues in Western Montana.
The Montana Department of Transportation is beginning a chip seal project on Interstate 90 east of Missoula.
The construction will take place between Beavertail Hill and Bearmouth.
Speed limits in the area will be dramatically reduced and flaggers may be present.
Officials say that travelers should plan to add 30 minutes of drive time to their route between July 23rd and the 28th.
