DODSON – Flooding problems are once again on the rise for an animal organization Dodson.

RezQ Dogs posted to their Facebook page Sunday night that operations have been temporarily suspended due to rising waters.

The post states floodwaters were up to their doors by last Thursday and stayed there through Saturday.

The animals were moved to safety ahead of flooding and the shelter is working to find equipment to haul fill dirt to the location.

They’re also looking to relocate so they can avoid flooding issues in the future.
