GREAT LAKES, Ill. — The Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois is currently locked down.
According to a post on the naval base's Facebook page, security responded to a "minor situation involving an unauthorized entry onto Naval Station Great Lakes" around 7 a.m. Friday.
No one was harmed and no property was damaged, according to the naval base.
More information will be released as it becomes available.
