People keep wanting Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak to get back together.
They were an on-again, off-again pair during their days costarring on the hit NBC comedy “The Office,” and were together again recently to celebrate Kaling’s 40th birthday.
They’ve remained such good friends that Kaling has said he’s godfather to her young daughter.
But some people were seeing more than friendship in Novak’s eyes in a photo he posted from Kaling’s birthday get-together.
In it she is seen giving a thumbs up to mimic the picture of herself on her birthday cake.
And there is Novak, off to the side, seeming to eye his ex adoringly.
If the two of them were trolling us, it totally worked.
“Get u a man that looks at u the same way bj looks at mindy,” one person wrote in the comments.
