KALISPELL – A Flathead restaurant is giving back to the community in honor of their one year anniversary.

Kalispell’s Kobe Steak and Sushi will give 100% of their proceeds to CASA and Dream Adaptive on May 20 in honor of the restaurant’s one year anniversary.

The owners opened Kobe steak and sushi to fill a gap in the Kalispell restaurant market as there is no other hibachi and sushi restaurants are in the area.

Manager Brittany Sago told MTN News that the restaurant decided on this fundraiser as a way to say thank you to the community.

“We chose to go with CASA, which is a really awesome organization, they provide advocates for children,” Sago said. And DREAM Adaptive who provide adaptive equipment for people with disabilities, so that everyone can take part in the outdoors.”

Kobe Steak and Sushi will be open on Monday, May 20 from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.
