HARDIN — Big Horn County reported its 37th and 38th COVID-related deaths since the start of the pandemic on Wednesday.
The deaths were a man in his 50s who was hospitalized prior to his death and a man in his 80s who was hospitalized before his death, county officials said in a news release.
Big Horn now has 15 COVID-related deaths in October.
The county's fatality rate for COVID-19 is 2.7% (38 deaths out of 1,384 cases), according to the county.
Big Horn County has 275 active COVID-19 cases and 1,072 recoveries.
