POLSON — An 18th COVID-19 related death is being reported in the Mission Valley.
Lake County Public Health reports the death was in a man in her 80s. No further information is being released.
"We are deeply saddened to announce that an eighteenth Lake County resident has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection," health officials stated in a social media post.
There are currently 102 active COVID-19 cases being reported.
To date, a total of 1,702 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Lake County including 1,583 recoveries and 18 deaths.
