MISSOULA — Local health officials are reporting that 14 additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Missoula County.
The Missoula City-County Health Department was reporting a cumulative positive case* total of 318 on Friday morning -- including four epi-linked cases.**
The latest numbers show there are 88 active COVID-19 cases in Missoula County. To date, there have been 229 recoveries and one death.
Local health officials additionally report that four people are hospitalized in Missoula County due to COVID-19 -- including two county residents.
The numbers differ from what the State Tracking Map showed in the Friday morning update where 20 new cases were being reported.
Missoula became the first major city in Montana to require the wearing of face coverings on July 9.
