In a Facebook post on Saturday, Sanders County Health Department announced the 1st COVID-19 related death in the county.
Face coverings are not currently required in Sanders County but local officials are strongly recommending their continued use as the battle with this disease appears to be far from over.
Sanders County has 2 active cases of COVID-19 and 42 total confirmed cases.
