BOZEMAN – A man accused of having sex at a hot spring in Bozeman over the weekend in view of children appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court Tuesday.
Aaron Hayes Miller faces a felony charge of indecent exposure.
The woman Miller was allegedly having sex with, Dawn Danielle Klein appeared in court Monday and faces the same charge.
A $5,000 bail has been set for both Miller and Klein.
The charge could result in a 4-year prison sentence for both.
