MISSOULA – Jury selection for the Caressa Hardy trial started Monday as Hardy is set to face four felony counts stemming from incidents that took place in 2013 and 2017.

Caressa Hardy, also identified in court documents as Glenn Dibley,  is accused of killing two roommates Thomas Korjack and Robert Orozco in 2013 and then attempting to dispose of their bodies in rural Frenchtown.

According to court documents, a roommate told prosecutors the murders were due to a dispute between Korjack and Hardy over money and living arrangements.

The roommate — who has three children with Hardy and witnessed the alleged murders — told prosecutors she was held captive for weeks after the deaths.

Court documents say that while awaiting trial, Hardy attempted to have that witness killed and according to Hardy’s cellmate she would repeatedly say, “I should have never let her go.”

Hardy is facing two counts of deliberate homicide and two counts of solicitation to commit deliberate homicide.

Hardy’s trial is scheduled to take all week with jury selection expected to wrap up sometime on Monday afternoon.
