MISSOULA — More details emerged from a Sunday night shooting in Missoula that sent a man to the hospital and one woman to jail.

Angela Fallan is charged with one count of attempted deliberate homicide after allegedly shooting a man, described in court documents as John Doe, in the head.

According to court documents, Fallan had asked Doe to come over on the morning of October 4 to help with her three children.

Fallan and Doe then started drinking, and according to court documents, Fallan shot Doe after he refused her multiple requests to leave.

Doe was transported to the hospital with a life-threatening injury. Missoula Police told MTN News on Monday that Doe was still in serious condition.

Fallan is currently being held in the Missoula County Detention center on a 250,000 dollar bond and her arraignment is set for October 19.
