New details about Pablo shooting that injured two people

PABLO — A suspect is in custody, accused in the Friday night shooting of a man and woman in Pablo, according to Lake County Sheriff Don Bell.

Joshua McGreevey, 32 years old, is accused in the shooting incident at a residence on Whispering Pines Drive in Pablo.

Sheriff Bell said in a press release that Lake County 911 took a report of the two victims being taken to the emergency room in a private vehicle just after 8 p.m. Friday.

McGreevey was reported to be the shooter and allegedly fled the scene on foot but was later found by law enforcement at a nearby residence. He was arrested and booked into the Lake County jail on two counts of attempted deliberate homicide.

The extent of injuries and identities of the man and woman who were shot have not been released, but they are expected to survive.

Lake County sheriff's deputies, along with Flathead Tribal Police and the Montana Highway Patrol responded to the incident.
