MISSOULA — A man is behind bars following an incident at the Poverello Center.
The Missoula Police Department reports Jace Bullcoming, 35, was arrested this past Friday evening after he refused to leave the homeless shelter.
Bullcoming was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass to Property, but Missoula Police report officers later discovered that Bullcoming had engaged in sexual contact with another adult male without consent.
Bullcoming was taken to the Missoula County jail where he was charged with Trespass, Sexual Intercourse Without Consent, and Probation Violation.
