A man was arrested early Friday after a fire was intentionally set at a Billings apartment building.
Police and fire officials said the incident happened at the Grandview Apartments, 1151 28th Street West at about 3:45 a.m.
A Halloween door decoration was intentionally set on fire with occupants inside the apartment.
The fire alarm alerted the occupants in the building and everyone safely evacuated, fire officials said.
A 25-year-old man was arrested by officers after fleeing the scene. His name was not released.
No one was injured and damages were estimated at $500.
