Woman being held on deliberate homicide charge

29-year-old in custody after domestic dispute sends one man to the hospital with gunshot wounds

MISSOULA — A Missoula woman is being held on a charge of attempted murder for a domestic incident that sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Missoula Police say law enforcement received a report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm on the 1200 block of 34th street around 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4.

MPD says when they arrived on the scene they found a 32-year-old male that suffered a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to the hospital and remains in serious condition.

MPD reports the defendant, 29-year-old Angela Fallan, and the man was in the process of ending an intimate relationship.

Fallan is currently in Missoula County Detention facility awaiting her initial court appearance which is scheduled for Tuesday.
