KALISPELL — Green Nissan and Hyundai, a car dealership in Kalispell, is offering free shuttle service to people struggling with transportation during the coronavirus outbreak.
General manager Audrey Knight says that the shuttle is usually reserved for their customers but when they found out people were struggling with transportation, she said they wanted to help out.
The shuttle is open to anyone, but specifically for the most vulnerable to catching the virus. The dealership is following US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to sanitize and social distance shuttle users.
"We're trying to just take one customer at a time," said Knight "So, we're trying to separate appointments and we're using CDC guidelines to disinfect the van. And our drivers use masks and gloves as well."
