MISSOULA — Friday evening marked the 30th annual TubaChristmas event at the Southgate Mall.
Tuba players from all over Montana and all different ages join together in the playing of Christmas carols.
There was also a special guest singer Dean Peterson.
Show director Gary Gillett said he loves how this event brings people together and finds the event as a way for tuba players to come together.
“I am a retired band director and I started doing this in Missoula 30 years ago to help nurture my tuba players because, the band without a tuba just isn't a band," said Gillett.
