SALTESE — A 49-year-old Glasgow man was killed early Tuesday morning after crashing the ATV he was driving on Rainy Creek near Saltese.
According to a Montana Highway Patrol release, the man slid off the road while failing to negotiate a curve. The ATV struck the embankment and rolled, coming to rest on top of the driver. He was pronounced dead on arrival.
MHP suspects alcohol as a factor in the crash that occurred just before 1 a.m. The man was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
